EZ Live Productions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Show Caller at app.ezshowcaller.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

By using Show Caller, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account information: Email address and password when you register
• Profile information: Your full name
• Show data: Show names, dates, venues, cue sheets, department notes, and room codes you create
• Payment information: Handled entirely by Apple (App Store purchases) or Stripe (web purchases). We receive only a record of which plan or pass you hold — never your card details
• Purchase records: Which plan or pass your account holds. This is tracked through RevenueCat, which receives your account’s user id so that a purchase resolves to the right account. It is not an advertising identifier and is not used to track you across other apps or websites

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Server logs: IP address, browser or device type, access times, and error records, generated automatically by our hosting and database providers and used to keep the Service running and secure
• Calling log: A record of which cues were called and when, kept with the show so you can export it afterwards

We do not run any analytics, advertising, or behavioural tracking software in Show Caller. There is no third-party tracker on any page.

2.3 Crew Member Data

Crew members who join a show by room code enter a display name and choose a department. That name is used to identify them within that show and is visible to the person calling it. Crew who join through an invite link with their own account are recorded as a member of that show for as long as the show exists.

Personal notes a crew member writes for themselves are stored only in that device’s local storage. They are never transmitted to our servers and we cannot read them.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets)
• Respond to support requests and communications
• Monitor and improve the performance and reliability of the Service
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase's infrastructure hosted in the United States (US East region). We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Row-level security policies enforcing access control at the database level
• Secure password hashing via Supabase Auth
• No storage of payment card data (handled entirely by Apple or Stripe)

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and show data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Show data (cue sheets, departments, notes) is retained indefinitely while your account is active, allowing you to reference past shows. You may delete individual shows at any time, or delete your entire account from the dashboard using the Delete Account button. Account deletion removes your profile, shows, cues, department notes, cue attachments, calling logs, contacts and any unused passes, and cannot be undone.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format
• Objection: Object to certain types of data processing

8. Cookies and Local Storage

Show Caller uses browser cookies and local storage for the following purposes:

• Authentication: Supabase stores your session token in local storage to keep you logged in
• Personal notes: Crew member notes are stored in local storage on their device only

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

Show Caller is a professional tool intended for users 18 and over, and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. 10. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes relating to this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Klamath County, Oregon.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
